This conference is designed for educators and school leaders who are at the early stages of their DEIJ journey—those who want to begin this important work but aren’t sure where to start. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like for a small international school community to take its first steps toward building a more inclusive and equitable culture.
We don’t claim to have all the answers or a perfect model—this is about learning, reflecting, and growing together. Through shared stories, honest conversations, and practical examples, we’ll look at how schools can begin to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in authentic and sustainable ways.
Whether you’re developing foundational understanding, seeking strategies for inclusive classrooms, or looking to foster a deeper sense of belonging across your school, this is a space to connect, learn, and take your next step forward—imperfectly but intentionally.
Registration Cost:
EARCOS Schools: 100 USD / person
Non-EARCOS Schools: 150 USD / person
